Return & Refund Policy

At Retro Revival, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and packed in the original packaging with all tags intact. Any return or exchange request will only be approved after the product is inspected and meets the required conditions.

To prevent any inconvenience, please keep the tags and packaging intact until you’re sure you are happy with your item. If the product arrives damaged or marked, you must provide an unboxing video as proof at the time of opening. If the package seal is found to be open upon delivery, do not accept it and if you do, we will not be held responsible.

For exchanges, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, refunds will be processed via online transfer. If you made an online payment, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note that items purchased during offers, discounts, or sale campaigns are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Additionally, courier and handling charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
